Foot Injury & Your Podiatrist
A Podiatrist Can Address your Foot and Ankle Injuries
If you’re experiencing foot or ankle discomfort, a podiatrist can help you find the reason of your pain and problem, as well as a variety of potential solutions fot it. We take a personalized approach to diagnose and treat our patients, based on their needs and conditions. We have a veriety of imagind and diagnostic technologies on site.
Our Podiatry Clinic provides treatment for a full spectrum of conditions, including:
- Nerve pain
- Ingrown toenails
- Heel and ankle pain
- Arthritis- and diabetes-related issues
- Wounds and ulcers
- Athlete's foot
We offer both conservative and surgical treatments and remember for us, surgery is always the last treatment. In our pratctice each patient can plan with our podiatrist to determine which options are the most appropriate. For most of our patients, we recommend non-surgical treatments unless a patient is experiencing significant pain or change of lifestyle.
Medications, orthitics, injections, and stretching are the most common treatments our podiatrist may recommend. Orthotics, insoles, casts, and prosthetics may be suggested too, to help patients address their needs without any surgery. However, when an operation is needed, our podiatrist can arrange for advanced surgical treatment to ensure full functionality of the foot or ankle. We perform both minimally invasive and full reconstructive procedures.
